Dr. Fuller completed his Orthopedic Surgery training at Loma Linda University and his fellowship in Pediatric Orthopaedics and Limb Reconstruction at Rady Children’s Hospital/University of California, San Diego.  He is passionate about limb-deformity reconstructive and lengthening procedures and returned to his home town as a full-time clinical faculty member at Loma Linda University Medical Center and Children’s Hospital after completing additional training in advanced limb deformity, lengthening and pediatric orthopaedic procedures.
He is actively engaged internationally, having taken care of limb deformities across the globe, including in Bhutan, Malawi, Papua New Guinea, Mexico, Haiti and the Dominican Republic.
