Dr. Fuller completed his Orthopedic Surgery training at Loma Linda University and his fellowship in Pediatric Orthopaedics and Limb Reconstruction at Rady Children’s Hospital/University of California, San Diego.  He is passionate about limb-deformity reconstructive and lengthening procedures and returned to his home town as a full-time clinical faculty member at Loma Linda University Medical Center and Children’s Hospital after completing additional training in advanced limb deformity, lengthening and pediatric orthopaedic procedures.  He is actively engaged internationally, having taken care of limb deformities across the globe, including in Bhutan, Malawi, Papua New Guinea, Mexico, Haiti and the Dominican Republic.

Dr. Kanel completed his Orthopedic residency training in the San Francisco Orthopedic Residency Program, and his fellowship in Pediatric Orthopedics and Limb Deformity at the Orlando Regional Healthcare Program and Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children. He has extensive experience treating limb deformity using many different techniques, including Ilizarov method, lengthening over a nail (LON), and all internal methods (ISKD) in both children and adults.

Dr. Kanel has been in private practice in the San Francisco Bay Area for over 20 years. He is affiliated with Good Samaritan Hospital, El Camino Hospital, Lucille Packard Children's Hospital, and O'Connor Hospital.

Dr. Shahab Mahboubian completed his training in Limb Lengthening and Deformity Correction Surgery at the world-renown Hospital for Special Surgery in New York. He has brought this highly specialized orthopedic practice to the West coast with the most advanced techniques and skills in deformity correction surgery. Some of the wide array of surgical techniques utilized by Dr. Mahboubian include correction of bow-legs and knock-knees, deformities of the upper or lower extremities, leg-length discrepancies, bony malunions or nonunions, and cosmetic limb lengthening.
